Q: "Is there life after death?"
A: "We don't know. Some people say that they have had experiences of "the Next World" or that they are in contact with the spirits or souls of people who have passed away. That is their interpretation of some other than physical plane of life, or just something they somehow sense or perceive. And when they tell you about it what you get is only a verbal description of their experience, which may or may not be true or real. But will you or your soul go on after you die?
Pondering that may give you comfort when you feel like you need it in your life, and that's all right. But it doesn't help you in what you are here for: living your life however it is. It does the opposite, it takes your awareness away from the only place where you are, where you can be and where you always have been: present moment."

Q: "Well okay, I'll ask something else then. Is there life after present moment?"

P.S. For a short while that question served me as a braintwister which brought me back to awareness in and of present moment. But a day later I got another viewpoint in a form of an answer. I just added it in the comments, if you'd like to see it.

VastaaPoista...aaaand it would be tempting to say that nobody knows, you'll have to wait to the next present moment and see for yourself. :-) Oh, wait, that idea makes the question too sound pretty irrelevant. So, from your own personal perception: is there life in the present moment?
